Gender Reveal Venues in Charlotte, NC: Private Spaces for the Big Moment
The Soirée at Northlake · Charlotte, NC
The best gender reveal venues in Charlotte are fully private spaces where you control the reveal moment without interruption. The Soirée at Northlake offers customizable LED lighting that can shift from pink to blue at the exact reveal moment, a 98-inch Smart TV for video reveals, and complete privacy for up to 75 guests.
Why a Private Venue Beats a Restaurant or Park
Gender reveals are emotional, loud, and messy — confetti cannons, balloon pops, colored smoke. Restaurants won't allow it. Parks leave you at the mercy of weather and strangers walking through your moment. A private venue gives you full control of the environment, the timeline, and the cleanup.
At The Soirée, the entire space is exclusively yours. No shared walls, no other parties, no one telling you to keep it down when the room erupts.
LED Lighting Creates the Reveal
The Soirée's customizable LED accent lighting runs throughout the entire space. Start your event with neutral colors — gold, white, purple — then switch to pink or blue at the reveal moment. The entire room transforms instantly. It's one of the most dramatic reveal setups in Charlotte, and it's included with every booking at no extra cost.
Use the 98-Inch Smart TV for Video Reveals
The 98-inch Samsung Smart TV opens up reveal formats that don't work anywhere else. Play a custom video montage, FaceTime a family member who can't be there, display ultrasound photos, or run a live countdown. Connect via Bluetooth, AirPlay, or streaming apps — no adapters needed.
Space for Up to 75 Guests
Gender reveals range from intimate family gatherings of 15 to full friend-and-family blowouts of 60+. The Soirée accommodates up to 75 standing or 40 seated, so the space works whether you're keeping it small or going big.
Bring Your Own Everything
Confetti cannons, balloon garlands, colored smoke (outdoors), custom backdrops, catering from your favorite restaurant — you have full creative freedom. There are no vendor restrictions and no required catering packages. The prep kitchenette gives your caterer counter space and a sink.
