The 98-inch TV replaces a projector setup. Connect a laptop via HDMI or cast wirelessly. Every seat has a clear sightline.

Other side: open space for standing, dancing, or games
Food along the kitchenette wall
TV visible from both zones
LED lighting can shift between zones — warm for dinner side, vibrant for dance side
This is how most events at The Soirée actually play out. People eat, then move. The open floor plan lets the event evolve naturally without herding guests to a different room.
Layout 5: Baby Shower / Gender Reveal
Best for: baby showers, gender reveals, bridal showers, graduation parties.
Gift and display table near the entrance
Seating cluster in the center for games and conversation
Food spread along the kitchenette wall
Photo backdrop or balloon arch against a clean wall
TV displaying a slideshow, game questions, or a reveal countdown
LED lighting in theme colors (neutral for pre-reveal, then pink/blue at the moment)
Setup Tips
Early access is included — use it. Plan to arrive 30-60 minutes before your event start time.
The TV is your centerpiece. Position your main table or focal point facing it. It's the biggest, brightest element in the room.
LED lighting sets the mood before décor does. Gold for elegance, pink for femininity, blue for cool modern, red for energy. Change it during the event to shift the vibe.
Marble floors photograph beautifully — use them. Don't cover the entire floor with rugs or carpet runners unless it's essential to your theme.
The kitchenette wall is your food station. Your caterer gets counter space and a sink. Position the food here so guests flow naturally between eating and socializing.
