$175 per hour (available Friday through Sunday)
Book exactly the time you need — 2 hours, 3 hours, or more. You get the full venue with all built-in amenities: LED lighting, 98-inch Smart TV, JBL surround sound, kitchenette, two private restrooms, and free parking. Tables and chairs are available as an add-on.
Best for: Short events (2-3 hours), cocktail parties that don't need a full table setup, watch parties, casual gatherings, or events where you want to keep costs tight.
Option 2: Essentials Package — $399
4 hours, tables and chairs included
Everything in the hourly rental plus tables, chairs, and a guaranteed 4-hour block. This is the most popular option for events that need a seated component — dinner parties, baby showers, bridal showers, and smaller birthday celebrations.
Best for: Events with 15-40 guests that include a meal or seated activity. Weekday events on a budget.
Option 3: Signature Package — $699
6 hours, tables and chairs included
Two extra hours makes a significant difference. You get real setup time, a longer event window, and no pressure to rush through the evening. This is the sweet spot for events that transition between phases — cocktail hour into dinner, dinner into dancing, presentation into social.
